What helps the team evaluate your project
Include the information available today. Unknown items can be discussed during review instead of guessed.
Files
STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT, DXF, DWG, PDF, or ZIP archives.
Quote inputs
Material, quantity, surface finish, target lead time, and shipping country.
Critical requirements
Identify fit, function, tolerance, threads, inspection, or reporting needs when known.
Open questions
Use the notes field for process selection, DFM questions, packaging, or other project constraints.
Confidentiality
Your drawings are reviewed under clear confidentiality practices.
Files are used only for engineering review, quoting, and production planning. State any NDA or additional confidentiality requirement in your project notes before sharing highly sensitive files, so terms can be agreed first.
Reviewed, Not Redistributed
Uploaded files are used for quoting and production planning by the reviewing team, not shared beyond the project.

Common questions before uploading drawings
Which file formats can I upload?
The form accepts STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT, DXF, DWG, PDF, and ZIP files. Up to five files can be selected, with the current form limit applied to each upload.
What if the material or process is not decided?
Choose “Not sure yet” for project type and explain the part’s function, quantity, and critical requirements in the notes field.
Should every dimension use a tight tolerance?
Identify the dimensions that affect fit or function. Unnecessary tight tolerances can change process planning and cost, so open questions should be reviewed before quotation.
What if the project requires confidentiality terms?
State the requirement before sending sensitive information so confidentiality terms can be discussed before additional files are exchanged.
Is there a fixed minimum order?
Use the quantity field for the intended prototype or production volume. Feasibility and pricing are reviewed against the specific process and project scope.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Review time depends on drawing completeness, geometry, material, tolerance, finish, and open questions. Complete inputs help reduce clarification cycles.
