What materials are available?

Metals: aluminum (6061, 7075), steel, stainless steel (304, 316), brass, copper, titanium. Plastics: ABS, PC, POM, PMMA, nylon (PA), PEEK, PTFE, and more. Confirm the required grade in the RFQ.

What are the minimum and maximum part sizes?

CNC parts up to roughly 1000 × 600 × 500 mm depending on the machine; minimum features depend on material and geometry. Send the drawing for a specific feasibility check.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — single prototypes are welcome. Low-volume and batch production are also supported once the design is stable.

How do I get a quote?

Upload 2D drawings and 3D CAD with material, quantity, tolerance, surface finish, and delivery target. The team reviews manufacturability and returns a quote, typically within one business day.

What is the fastest delivery time?

CNC and 3D printed prototypes can ship within 3–5 business days. Vacuum casting and injection molding usually take 1–4 weeks depending on tooling and quantity.

Which processes do you support?

CNC milling and turning (3/4/5-axis), 3D printing (SLA/SLS/MJF/FDM), vacuum casting, and injection molding, plus finishing, assembly, and inspection support.

Can you provide inspection reports or material certificates?

Yes — dimensional inspection reports, FAI, and material documentation can be provided on request. State your requirements during quotation.
