Quality Control and DFM Review

How we ensure your CNC parts meet specification — from DFM review before quoting to final inspection before shipping.

DFM review — before we quote

Every drawing we receive goes through a design-for-manufacturing review. We check machinability, tolerance feasibility, and cost drivers before quoting. If we see a design change that could reduce your cost without affecting function, we'll flag it — before you commit.

In-process and final inspection

We inspect parts during production and before shipment. Standard dimensional checks use calibrated calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Critical dimensions are verified against your drawing — default tolerance standard is ISO 2768-m unless your drawing specifies tighter callouts.

Documentation on request

For critical projects, we provide dimensional inspection reports and material certificates. Tell us what you need with your RFQ and we'll include it in the quote. Third-party inspection is always welcome.
