Information We Collect
When you submit an RFQ through our website, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), country/region, and the project details you provide including uploaded CAD files and drawings. We use this information solely to prepare your quote and manufacture your parts if you place an order.
Drawing and File Confidentiality
Your CAD files, drawings, and specifications are used only for quoting and production. They are not shared with third parties outside of our production team. We offer NDAs on request. Files are retained for the duration of your project and may be archived for repeat orders unless you request deletion.
Data Retention and Your Rights
RFQ and contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. This site does not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
